The MI 3290 Earth Analyser is a portable, battery- or mains-powered instrument with excellent IP protection, designed to measure earth resistance, specific earth resistance and earth potential of different objects, with and without power. The user can choose among different methods, from classic 3-wire earth resistance measurement to the one- or four-clamp method for measuring electrical towers. It can measure with different frequency methods: single frequency or frequency sweep from 55 Hz to 15 kHz, HF method at 25 kHz, and an impulse method that simulates lightning discharge. Its high immunity to electrical noise makes this instrument the best choice for industrial environments. The instrument is available in various kits depending on the different accessories and measurement functions.
