Make in-circuit measurements with the E4990A-120 with higher accuracy and higher impedance from 20 Hz to 120 MHz. We have measurement probes for impedance analyzers.
We have the Keysight 42941A impedance probe kit for rent.
This impedance probe kit is designed for use with the E4990A-120. It provides the ability to make in-circuit measurements (printed circuit board patterns, input/output impedance of circuits, etc.) with higher accuracy and higher impedance. Coverage is 20 Hz to 120 MHz. DUTs can be connected using the pin probe, the clip lead (alligator clip adapter), or the BNC adapter. All probe adapters can be used from 20 Hz to 120 MHz. The pin probe is best for board-mounted components in circuit. The clip lead is for components too large for the pin probe. The BNC adapter is used to connect circuits or networks equipped with BNC connectors.
3.5 mm load and short standards. The open condition can be created by leaving
the probe unconnected. Perform phase compensation measurements, shorts, and load data. For compensation, open and short compensation is recommended.
Compensation is performed by shorting the probe. To short the probe, it is recommended to use a shorting device with a gold-plated surface (which provides stable contact resistance)
