If you want to measure the current in an electrical conductor or circuit, we have current clamps available for rent.
The current clamp is a transducer that allows a multimeter to measure current and an oscilloscope to display current waveforms.
We have available the Hantek AC/DC current clamp with 400 Hz bandwidth, 1 mV/10 mA, 650 A, which lets your multimeter measure current data and your oscilloscope measure current waveforms.
Features
AC/DC frequency range: up to 400 Hz
Effective measurement range: 20 mA to 650 A DC
It is a transducer that lets your multimeter measure current data and your oscilloscope measure current waveforms.
Its current transducer is composed of permalloy and a Hall element, which linearly convert AC or DC current into AC or DC voltage. If connected to an oscilloscope through a BNC connector, you can observe the current waveforms; if connected to a multimeter through a banana connector, you can obtain the current data.
Application
Power circuit measurement and malfunction analysis;
Measuring the motor drive of a frequency converter (or other electronic components);
Power electronics equipment measurement.
