Some instruments and sensors may show measurement variations depending on ambient humidity. For this reason, we offer calibration, verification, adjustment and validation under controlled humidity, making it possible to evaluate instrument performance under real operating conditions.
The ETS Model 514 system, together with the 5472-NP humidifier and the EC01 chamber, generates a stable environment to verify multimeters, humidity sensors, resistance meters, insulation testers, capacitive sensors, RF equipment, cables, connectors and sensitive electronic devices. The controlled presence of humidity makes it possible to detect drift, instabilities, ionic migration or dielectric variations.
We have vector network analyzers, real-time spectrum analyzers, noise figure analyzers, high-accuracy multimeters, LCR meters, impedance analyzers, high-resolution oscilloscopes and equipment for low- and high-resistance characterization. Our procedure follows standards such as IEC 60068-2-56 for steady-state humidity tests, IEC thermal and environmental requirements for electrical instrumentation, and calibration guidelines that require controlled environments.
The customer receives a technical report with evidence of the conditioning, photographs of the setup, environmental stability and the resulting electrical measurements.
