Repair of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment. We repair the electronic boards and monitors of CNC electronic equipment.
CNC machining has become an indispensable technology for today’s industries, since improvements in this sector make it possible to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Computer numerical control (more commonly known as CNC) is a system that makes it possible to control the position of a physical element at all times.
In machining processes, CNC is used to control machines such as CNC lathes or CNC milling machines and thus obtain serial products fully customized for the end customer.
WHAT IS CNC MACHINING?
The process consists of designing a program with a set of added commands that determine the position and rotation of the tool sequentially. In this way, we can control its exact position and travel speed relative to the material used to manufacture the machined parts.
THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS USING CNC TECHNOLOGY
The first phase of the work is the design of the part to be manufactured using CNC machinery. This is usually done with a computer-aided design (CAD) program.
Once the part has been designed, the instructions needed to manufacture it are entered into the machine tool. These instructions make up the CNC program, written in a specific, standardized language. Using the code, all the steps to be followed by the tool must be defined sequentially: positioning by coordinates, feed direction and speed, depth, tool start or pause, etc.
